Here we go again
I can’t believe I’m doing this once again.
And yet…
However I think this time I nailed the name.
Perpetual draft.
This can and will apply to this blog, as well as… myself.
If there’s one thing I truly integrated over the past years, it’s this: change is the only constant.
We are ever-changing and so is everything around us.
So the name seemed fitting.
I like to create, but as a perfectionist in recovery, I’m trying to let go of expectations and my self-imposed rules and limits in order to simply create.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be beautiful.
The only rule I still want to abide by is: be truthful, honest and authentic.
I don’t want to be a content creator, I want to create content.
There’s a difference.
It doesn’t matter if someone will read this or not, if someone will like it or not.
What matters is that I take the time to sit with my thoughts and lay them all out.
I need an outlet.
Hence why you’re currently looking at this (new) blog.
I populated it with things I previously wrote, either for my old newsletter Caravanserei or just some random posts.
Don’t expect anything out of it, really. I’ll write when I feel like it. Might format it one way or another. Might write what’s on my mind, or delve into a more researched essay.
We’ll see! Either way, you’re more than welcome to stay and read whatever calls your attention.
