What am I up to now?
May 26 2026
Have not been blogging as much as I wanted, but it's always in the corner of my mind. I'll get there eventually! Reading random posts from the Discover page from time to time. Always pleasantly surprised.
Feeling much better health-wise. Treatments are working. I adjust my daily tasks to make them more manageable. I started working out again, after 2 years out of the gym! Feeling much stronger already.
Also feeling renewed and full of gratitude after having several friends visit me from abroad to spend a few days with me. Maintaining long distance friendships is difficult, however they are very worth the effort. A reminder that qualitative social interactions are extremely important to my well-being.
Reselling-wise: slow and steady growth in terms of sales. Still making profits but not selling enough to move the needle. Not sure anymore if this is the path I want to follow. Also, despite the fact that I'm trying to stay consistent with it, I do not enjoy creating social media content for this project. I have to force myself and I find it boring. Consequently, not much growth on Instagram since I don't play along with the algorithm rules. Honestly I have half a mind to delete this new account. And overall, I might move on from this project in the coming months. Let's see!
Overall, still a simple & slow life at the moment. Focusing on my health, friends, family, pets, house. Enjoying it as much as I can.

Currently moving my blog from my previous Notion & Stomod setup to Bear. I'm really liking it so far! Reminds me of the early days of the internet.
Taking care of my health by tracking my symptoms and adjusting my day-to-day to get rid of stress as much as possible, as well as making physical adjustments. Learning how to live with Chiari and syringomyelia.
Planning visits from my friends in the coming months. I'm super excited to see them again and grateful to have them visit me.
Still experimenting with my reselling project. Creating content for IG, sourcing products, making A/B tests online to see how to improve sales. I'm not making a lot of profit so far, but I'm still making profit on the sales I do make! Which is encouraging. Trying to stay positive about this project. At least I'm having fun and enjoying the process!
When I do have enough energy, I'm trying to make some updates around the house and fix what needs repairs. I'm having fun with being handy, even though I'm not always having the results I wish I could have.
At the moment, that's pretty much it! My days are really simple and composed of self-care, house chores, taking care of my pets, working on my reselling project and spending time with loved ones.
Simple life. I'm enjoying it a lot. ❤️
